We stand behind Nuca with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just contact us within 90 days of receiving your item at info@getnuca.com and we'll make it right. In most cases you won't need to send anything back to claim your refund — simply reach out and we'll take care of you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@getnuca.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards and any free bonus items (such as the free eBook). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us at info@getnuca.com. Once sorted, the simplest route is to make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we've approved your refund — and received and inspected any returned item, where a return was required — you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@getnuca.com.
