Order processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates
Shipping is a flat $4.95 on single-unit orders. The 2-pack ships free. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery is currently 6–12 business days from the date of shipping. Due to high demand, some orders may take toward the longer end of that window — thank you for your patience. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on the carrier.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way. If you haven't received tracking within a few business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at info@getnuca.com and we'll look into it.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipping cost. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us at info@getnuca.com as fast as possible and we'll try to correct it before it ships.
International shipping & customs
Where international shipping is available, it will be shown as an option at checkout with its own rates and estimated delivery times. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping charge at checkout.
Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at info@getnuca.com and we'll make it right. Please inspect your order on arrival and reach out immediately if anything is wrong so we can sort it out quickly.
